Styrofix
Styrofix plastic spacers are specifically designed to hold up mesh in floor slabs, they have a round flat base so as not to punchure DPM and a plastic clip on the top to hold on to the mesh. They have proved very popular and are now our biggest selling spacer by far.
Contractors are also using these spacers on the bottom and side of ground beams as they have found it such a versatile spacer.
Minifix
Minifix plastic spacers are disigned for spacing reinforcing bars off shuttering during wall constructions.
Plastic Line Spacer
Plastic line spacers come in 2 metre lengths and are usually used in flooring applications where covers are small.
This spacer is also known in the industry as “Trick-Track”.
Clampfix
This spacer is a more general clip on plastic spacer and these days is rarely used.
