Permanent formwork

Made from fluted polypropylene

Permanent formwork

Corriform extruded polypropylene’s inherent properties protect sub ground concrete from attack by a wide variety of chemicals and materials. In general the chemical resistance of P.P. is excellent and tends only to be attacked by strong oxidizing acids and chlorinated solvents.

Key benefits

Cut to Size

As Corriform is pre-creased and pre-cut ‘to size’, it is flat packed onto a pallet therefore taking up minimal on-site storage.

Installation

On-site installation requires minimal labour and can be assembled quickly, saving both time and cost.

User Friendly

Corriform is light and user friendly, requiring simple hand tools for any jointing and fabrication.

Avoid Cleaning

By using Corriform permanent formwork the contractor avoids shutter cleaning and the use of release agents.

Low Costs

The high cost of skilled labour, the lengthy time element in traditional shuttering construction and the use of heavy traditional materials are all avoided.

Reduced Overheads

When using Corriform ‘U’ shaped ground beam formwork and fully encapsulated pile cap formers, the contractor avoids the labour and material costs of placing a concrete blinding into the trench base.

We now offer permanent formwork made from fluted polypropylene. It is made by a local manufacturer and under the brand name of CORRIFORM.

Corriform can be used in place of traditional or other methods of shuttering. Although it is permanent and cannot be reused it is competitively priced, light weight, easy to handle and fast to install on site. It is ideal for forming ground beams and pile caps. We are able to price customer requirements by taking information from project drawings or from a list of ground beam sizes and lengths.

The Corriform is cut to size and pre-creased where it needs to be folded on site. It is delivered to site flat packed for ease of handling. It comes complete with all the relevant fixing accessories necessary for swift and efficient assembly on site.
